Acceptable Use Policy

Scope

This policy applies to prompts, uploads, AI outputs, public examples and use of every tool. It supplements our Terms of Service. Generation and paid features are for adults aged 18 or over. Permission to use a tool does not imply permission to publish every output.

Prohibited content

• Sexual / NSFW content: pornography, explicit sexual acts, sexual fetish imagery, sexualized nudity and obscene sexual material, including content involving consenting adults. Ordinary non-sexual body-part photos for tattoo placement are not prohibited merely because skin is visible.
• Child safety: child sexual abuse material, sexualized minors, grooming, exploitation, or attempts to generate such material. This includes fictional, synthetic or age-ambiguous depictions.
• Violence and gore: graphic mutilation, torture, exposed injuries or organs, realistic gore, threats, or encouragement of violent wrongdoing. Non-graphic artistic skull or skeleton motifs are not automatically prohibited.
• Hate and abuse: content attacking protected groups, extremist recruitment, threats or targeted harassment, or glorification of hateful violence.
• Deepfakes and impersonation: deceptive depictions of real people, unauthorized use of a person's identity, fabricated celebrity or political endorsements, non-consensual intimate images and face-swapped sexual imagery. Consent does not permit other prohibited sexual content.
• Intellectual property and privacy: unauthorized copying of protected artwork, logos or characters; requests to reproduce another artist's protected work without permission; exposure of private information or content uploaded without the necessary rights.
• Other unsafe use: promotion or instructions for suicide, self-harm or illegal activity, fraud, malware, circumvention of safety checks and abuse of free credits.

Checks and review

We apply server-side prompt restrictions before submitting image requests and charging generation credits. These checks are a baseline safeguard, not a guarantee that every unsafe input or output will be identified. A provider may apply additional safety checks. AI outputs can still contain errors; inspect them before use and report inappropriate results. We do not claim that all private outputs have received human review.

Public example images are curated separately from private user generations; submitting a design does not automatically publish it in our case library. We may review reports and relevant records, remove public content, restrict generation or suspend accounts when appropriate. We may preserve necessary task and support records to investigate abuse, subject to our Privacy Policy.

Report and appeal

Use Support and content reports or email support@3dtattoo.app to send a content report. Include the URL or task ID and the reason; do not attach illegal imagery. Reports are handled through the support inbox or private ticket queue. If we restrict your account or remove your content, use the same channel to request review and explain why you believe the decision was mistaken.

Enforcement

Depending on severity and repeated abuse, we may reject a request, remove content, limit access or suspend/terminate an account. Serious child exploitation or illegal activity may be referred to authorities when legally required. Credit adjustments and refunds follow the purchase terms and applicable law; we do not impose an automatic blanket forfeiture of all purchased credits. Appeals do not guarantee reinstatement.
