Acceptance of Terms

By using 3D Tattoo, you agree to these Terms. You must be able to form a binding contract where you live. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Description of Service

3D Tattoo creates AI-generated visual concepts to help users explore tattoo ideas. Outputs are creative references—not tattoo-ready stencils, medical advice, or a substitute for a professional tattoo artist's assessment of anatomy, placement, line weight, aging, ink safety, or skin suitability.

AI outputs may contain errors, artifacts, unintended symbols, or similarities to existing works. Review every design carefully and ask a qualified tattoo artist to redraw and adapt it before applying it to skin.

User Accounts

You are responsible for accurate account information, credential security, and activity under your account. Paid and generation features are intended for users 18 or older. Tattoo age and consent rules vary by location; you and your tattoo artist are responsible for following them.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Upload or request content you do not have the right to use, or infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
• Generate sexual content involving minors, non-consensual intimate imagery, hateful abuse, graphic exploitation, or instructions for wrongdoing.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.
• Bypass credit, rate-limit, safety, or access controls; resell access; or use automated extraction without written permission.

Payment and Billing

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Cancellation stops future renewals and access continues through the paid period unless required otherwise by law. Credit packs and granted credits may expire as shown at purchase, have no cash value, and cannot be transferred.

If generation fails because of our system or provider, the corresponding credits are normally returned automatically. Except where law requires otherwise, completed digital credit purchases and successfully consumed generations are non-refundable. Duplicate charges and verified technical failures will be reviewed through support. We may change future pricing with advance notice where required.

Intellectual Property

You retain rights you have in content you upload. You grant 3D Tattoo and its service providers a limited license to host, process, transmit, and transform that content solely to operate, secure, and improve the requested service.

Subject to these Terms and applicable law, 3D Tattoo does not claim ownership of your generated output. Because AI systems can produce similar results for different users, outputs may not be unique and we cannot guarantee copyright, trademark clearance, or exclusive rights. You are responsible for reviewing commercial uses and obtaining any necessary permissions.

3D Tattoo's software, branding, site content, and underlying technology remain ours or our licensors'.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle account data, prompts, uploaded images, generated concepts, and service logs.

Termination

We may restrict or terminate access for violations, security risk, fraud, nonpayment, or legal requirements. You may cancel a subscription or close your account through available account controls or support. Terms that by nature should survive termination remain effective.

Limitation of Liability

The service and outputs are provided "as is" and "as available" to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that outputs are unique, accurate, safe to tattoo, fit for a particular placement, or free of third-party claims.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 3D Tattoo is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for bodily injury, infection, allergic reaction, scarring, dissatisfaction, or other outcomes from applying a design to skin. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Indemnity

To the extent allowed by law, you agree to be responsible for claims arising from your uploaded content, unlawful use, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person's rights.

Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, sending a notice through the service.
