Are my tattoo try-on photos uploaded or made public?

In the current photo try-on editor, choosing a body image creates a browser-local preview

Last updated: 2026-10-04

In the current photo try-on editor, choosing a body image creates a browser-local preview. It does not by itself upload that file or send it to the AI model. AI generation, account libraries and support attachments are separate data flows.

What happens in the photo editor?

The editor uses a local object URL to load your selected image into Canvas. Position, rotation, scale and opacity are applied in your browser. Download exports a PNG locally; it is not a publish action.

Is anything stored?

The editor does not persist the selected body file to an account library. Gallery-to-editor navigation may temporarily store selected catalog asset references and preset controls in session storage. Downloaded files stay wherever your device saves them. Do not assume a shared device is private.

How is AI generation different?

Submitting an AI generation request sends its prompt and generation parameters to the configured service. The disclosed generation model is FLUX.1 schnell by Black Forest Labs through Cloudflare Workers AI, identifier @cf/black-forest-labs/flux-1-schnell. Model/provider settings can change; check the generation interface and privacy policy before submitting. Do not infer that every uploaded photo is sent to that model.

Are private designs used in the public gallery?

Our privacy policy says private designs are not used in public galleries without permission. The public placement examples are generated reference assets, not automatically published user uploads.

What about analytics and support?

When configured, analytics providers may receive page views and feature events. The product events added for guides and try-on do not include photos, prompts, filenames or user identifiers. Files you intentionally email to support are a separate disclosure. Read the full privacy policy for account, payment and provider processing details.

How do I request help or deletion?

Email support@3dtattoo.app. State the request without sending passwords, complete card details or sensitive identity documents. Support replies may currently come from the operator's QQ mailbox.
